No reading assignment this time :)

Just a reminder that I’ll be part of a live video conversation hosted by Wendy Holloway from Flavor of Italy that’s part of Substack’s food festival Grubstack. The festival brings together top culinary writers, chefs, and voices from around the world to talk about (what else?) FOOD.

Along with Jo Piro of Lake Garda Diares, we’ll be discussing the food traditions of Lombardy, Le Marche and Rome. It should be a fun conversation, and a good precursor to lunch or dinner, depending on what time zone you’re in.

The event is this Friday, March 14 at 6:00pm London time. That’s 2:00pm in New York and 11:00am on the West Coast. It’s free to access, so just come here and you should find us:
